The Lanier MP 2554 (also known as Ricoh MP 2554 — same chassis, different badge) is the entry-speed A3 mono laser MFP in the modern Lanier MP 2554/3054/3554 platform. It runs at 25 ppm in black-and-white at 1200 x 1200 dpi with a 4.6-second first-page-out, holds 1,200 sheets standard across two 550-sheet trays plus a 100-sheet bypass, and expands to 4,700 sheets with optional Tandem LCT and Side LCT. The standard 100-sheet ARDF scans at 79 ipm. Print, copy, scan, and fax are all standard with auto duplex; connectivity covers Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, optional Wi-Fi, and optional NFC. The standard 9-inch color LCD upgrades to a 10.1-inch Smart Operation Panel for tap-and-swipe operation. Powered by a 533 MHz processor, 2 GB RAM, and 320 GB HDD, it supports document server (3,000 file capacity), stored/locked print, and the full Lanier security suite (DOSS, HDD encryption, S/MIME, IPsec).
