You still get 1200x1200 dpi, stocks up to 300 gsm, and 13x19 full-bleed capability — just tuned for transactional, manuals, and long-run office output rather than coated marketing pieces. Duplexing stays at full rated speed across both color and B/W modes, and the 4,400-sheet input plus optional 10,000-sheet stacker support unattended runs over lunch or overnight in 24-hour operations. Replaceable units (drums, fusers, dev) keep service intervals predictable rather than emergency calls, and the Fiery controller handles queues from multiple submitters across the building without bogging down on complex VDP jobs. The unit handles raw print volume that would crush a smaller engine, with a duty cycle measured in millions of pages over its service life. One regret: the standard toner doesn't match the GA Edition's matte finish on heavy coated stocks, so if marketing-grade brochures are core to your work, spec the GA model instead — switching toner formulations later isn't a field-service operation.
