It runs at 25 ppm at 1200 x 1200 dpi with a 4.6-second first-page-out, holds 1,200 sheets standard (expandable to 4,700), and is rated for 200,000 pages per month. The 100-sheet single-pass document feeder is the key upgrade over the older MP 2554 — duplex scans complete in one pass instead of flipping. The 10.1-inch Smart Operation Panel is standard, not optional, with tap-and-swipe workflow, NFC/QR mobile pairing, and a customizable home screen. Print, copy, scan, and fax are all standard with auto duplex; PostScript 3 is included along with PCL5e/6, AirPrint, and Mopria.
