Every spec, no guessing
The Kyocera TASKalfa 11100 is a B&W production system built for in-plant print shops, CRDs, and service bureaus producing 100,000-400,000 mono pages a month. It prints and copies at 110 ppm with 1200 x 1200 dpi, supports paper sizes from 3.94 x 5.5 inches up to 13 x 19.2 (A3+) and stocks up to 130 lb cover, and is rated for a 1,000,000-page monthly duty cycle. Standard paper capacity is 3,300 sheets across multiple drawers, expandable to 12,650 sheets with optional high-capacity feeders so a single load runs most of a shift. The 300-sheet dual-scan document processor handles long copy and scan jobs, and scan destinations include SMB, email, FTP, FTP over SSL, USB, WSD, TWAIN, and DSM. Auto duplex is standard from statement up to 13 x 19.2. The 10.4-inch color touchscreen rides on an adjustable arm so the operator can set ergonomics for long shifts. The thing buyers actually like: the 13 x 19.2 oversized sheet support combined with inline finishing (saddle stitch, multi-folder, ring binder, trimmer as options) lets you produce booklets and packets in one pass without offline finishing. The thing buyers regret: undersizing the install. This needs 208-240V on a dedicated circuit, a level floor, and clearance on all sides. Mono only — buy the TASKalfa Pro 15000c for color production. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, and USB Host standard, with an optional Fiery controller for variable data and imposition workflows.
